my baby pees one day 10 times..next day 6-7 times. alternatively this has been happening this week since she's got cough and cold. is it ok? same with poop..some days more than 3 times a day and next day only once. when she doesn't have cough or cold pee count used to be around 10 times n poop 3

Before 6 months, a child may urinate 6 to 25 times daily, ranging from small to large amounts, and it should be pale yellow to transparent. Straining and crying before urination is normal. Stools can vary from 10 times a day to once in 10 days; as long as they're semi-solid to mildly liquid, there's no concern. Avoid stools that are repeatedly watery or dry and hard. Color and smell are not worrisome if these conditions are met.
