If she's having lose motions , enterogermina probiotics drops twice a day two drops can. be given
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.

Mom should not use RO water
Mom Should use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Mom should take more probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc
mom should consume citrus fruits.
