NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes some babies can pass motion immediately after the feed and if the consistency is normal then not a problem any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
