my baby one year and 20 days old since 10 months she is o10kg not even gaining weight since last 2minths kindly suggest me the weight gainer foods

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a progper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should bbe ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
