my baby of nine and half month old is suffering from constipation ,how to deal with it

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipatfion will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dfosage of constipaftion medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. Hello dear parent! Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include them in your baby’s diet. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake. Give your baby 3 meals and adequate water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
