Q.

My baby of 3yrs old get cold and cough frequently. Temporary solution I give Sinares AF. I have done the blood test also all found ok. please provide a solution.

A. cold and cough frequently..yes as the weather conditions changes baby falls sick.. you can ask your pediatric regarding the Flu shot every year.. give immunity boosting foods as leafy vegetables rooty vegetables seasonal fruits citrus fruits garlic ginger dry fruits nuts and seeds curd tumeric milk honey
