my baby of 22 months passing motion 5 times a day but not loose motions.. please suggest solution

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associatvfed with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenternitis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
