Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, as long as your baby is active then do not worry much about his weight. Also your child is eating well and if she is physically active then her wieght gain process will remain slow. You must give bier rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. Also give full cream milk to drink.
