my baby not eating anything she has fever cold and cough she only taking breastfeeding is it OK?

A. yes it is common. due to loss of appetite she refuse tkoeat. make sure to offer ger lots of liquids including fruit juice dal pani, soups, breast milk. offer her fav food.
