my baby nakul is 1 year 3 month old and his weight is 8.7..is he under weight or normal.. and since 3-4 days he is suffering vomiting and lose motions.. what can i do for his weight improvement and health..

you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby
coconut water butter milk lassi apple banana poha upma khichdi curd you can give
