My baby left eye is watery from last day.. N a yellow substance is coming out whenever he wakes up from a nap

Eye watering along with some redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be used.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. watery eyes and yellow discharge coming out is because of block tear ducts.. this is common.. massage the eyes and nose joint as a strong pinch, press.. do 4-5times and around 4-5times a day..
