My baby ko 4 times vomiting hua hai and 5 times potty hua hai. Is my baby's stomach not well. What should I do?

Hello ma’am If the motion was loose and it could be due to some stomach infection or indigestion so without proper check up since I really cannot assure you what is the reason behind it so I am going to advise you to consult your paediatrician tomorrow for a better understanding over the issue and if needed any medication that the doctor would advise you the same
