my baby just completed 4 months on the 6th of January. she still doesn't hold her head straight. and during nights I used to change her pamper twice but if late I noticed that during the night her pamper is not full it gets full directly in the morning. am worried. please help.

A. this is alte for baby . it is not possible to comment on this as it is difficult to say with out examination and so get examination done for the same and then can be done about this .
