my baby just completed 12 months from the past 3 days she wakes up crying loudly at night, is this normal?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by giving medicine like collicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, pain in the ear or any other part of the body, diaper rash and may be more other reasons which needs to be ruled out . babies may also cry due to hunger or feeling sleepy,or due to uncomfortable temperattuyrure and clothes ,so accordingly may be judged. if the crying behaviour doesnot resolve in time you should visit doctor for proper guidance.
