A. yes you need to stop immediately giving Cerelac to the baby at the stage. Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good
