my baby isn’t passing stools for 3 days. Exclusively breast feed and only passing gases

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nothing to worry about it.. that is common in infant.. breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is normal, burp well post each feeding

Hello mom This is totally normal and you should not worry about it at all sometimes babies don’t pass stool for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is because babies are totally on mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out
