My baby isn’t gaining weight she is 2.5 months old just had a urine test done her leukocytes are 10-15 I will be taking her to the doctor tomorrow morning is it serious ?

A. Hello mom that indicates bacterial infection and may lead urinay track infection as well, please get her exmained in case of fever as well proper medication and hygine need to be maintained
