Q.
My baby is2 years old she is having cough from last 2-3 days and she throw up today after drinking milk as she was coughing. Is this a matter for concern?

PriyankaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. no it's not a matter so serious as u urself think if u are not well u won't like milk moreover u can give him honey with few drops of ginger juice ....weather is change avoid giving them cold things

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluatiohgn by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
