my baby is wetting only 2-3 diapers in 24 hrs. is he dehydrated??what will I do??? he is 4.5 months old and I feed him in every 2-3 hrs

A. Hello pls check if baby is gaining weight adequately. because baby should wet more than 4-5 diapers . Also. check if you're changing the diapers when slightly wet maximum after 2 hours. do not wait for diapers to become heavy with pee.
