my baby is vomiting after sometime of feeding

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. That’s common with kids due to poor digestion and stomach reflux issues so need not worry about it if the child is vomiting otherwise if the child is active the urine output is good and the weight gain is going good then no need to worry about it
