and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml.
you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Kaatori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child.
you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

a) Dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese and curd.
b) Eggs and chicken
c) Tofu made from soybean
d) Bananas, nuts and seeds
e) Green leafy vegetables like okra, broccoli, spinach, peas and Brussels sprouts
f) Fruits like papayas, oranges, watermelon, mangoes, apples, apricots.
g) Fish and carrots
h) Whole grains
I) Red meat and beans
Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee, butter, cheese, home made paneer and curd. Give one boiled egg per day. Give bananas, avocados, pears, etc. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and pistachios. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad dal. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them.
