my baby is two months old, I have applied all moisturizer cream still her skin is dry what to do? and why her skin is so dry

Evion vitamin E cream or NMF vitamin E cream you can go ahead with either of the two they are very good to be used also when it comes to soap I would recommend recommend you to use dove soap for the child and then you try these things I’m sure this will help
