Q.

My baby is turning to six months now. But she wakes up 2-3 times in the night and can go back to sleep only if i feed her. Till what age baby usually wakes up in the night and how i can reduce it as i am a working mother and it disrupts our sleep also.

A. Your baby does not need to feed during the night. Most babies wake up at night because they are used to eating, but they do not need the nighttime calories to grow properly. If you are breast-feeding, try nursing from just one side at night, to decrease the amount of milk your baby gets from nighttime feedings.
