you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas.
if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes.
it is very common to finxd sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body.
sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon.

You haven’t mentioned the current age of your child but I would like to tell you for six months initially you can face this issue with the child whether your child is on rest or formula feeding it’s a very common thing to be seen with kids or need not worry about it over the age the pattern is going to be different
