still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and weight gain as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
