my baby is three year old she does not speak a single word. She ie diagnosed as Autistic

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. yes baby will be having speech late if the diagonis is already made and you had to give some occupational therapy also to the baby continue to interact with the baby

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and you should evaluate once with any speech therapist in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and also follow the instructions.
