Q.
my baby is three year old but he is not gaining the weight.He use to do activities all the tym but very thin..I am not giving any supplement..any thing required to him and also suggest me his proper diet plan

Rather, it's a sign that a child is undernourished. In general, kids who fail to thrive are not getting enough calories to grow and gain weight in a healthy way.
