my baby is three months old my milk is not sufficient to her how can I improve milk. can u pls tell me when the hind milk come

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Hind milk comes after 5-10 minutes of feed. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. or u can have jeera water daily two times a day to improve lactation The more you feed the more milk production will be there
