my baby is three months old making teeth. She is having loose motions from last 3-4 days. she had rashes around her bottom. please help

A. during teething kids tend to put everything in the mouth which causes stomach infection and therefore loose motion. visit a pediatrician for proper treatment and make sure whatever your child quotes in the mouth is always clean. for rashes you can apply candid powder and please avoid diapers completely until the rashes heal
