Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleeping on the tummy.
(one important point that has to be taken care of is that the child should be made to sleep on the tummy only under observation).
when the neck holding becomes proper than you can leave the child in tummy position without any observation.
the important thing is that if the child is not having any difficulty in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can coxntinue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position.
but if you feel that the child is having regular coughing as well as xbreathing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child

Yes but I would just like to tell you over here that you should keep changing the poster for the child one time it should be right other time it should be left and third time it should be on the back like just keep switching the positions which is what I mean because when a child sleeps in the same position the head becomes Flat from that side so to avoid that you need to keep switching the positions
