Q.

my baby is three month old for the past three month I followed nipple feeding my relatives advice me thats not good for baby so try to change the breast feeding method how can I pls suggest any advice to change

A. if the child is comfortable as well as you are not having any pain then there is no problem in giving nipple feeding but you have to just maintain hygiene of the nipple as well as sterilization. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. Hi parents please give proper feeding to your Child please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
