Q.

my baby is suffering with 101 fever I has given cronic syrup but it is not controlled can I give mifthal syrup

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is having a red angry fever upto 101 degrees F so not only paracetamol but proper antibiotic and plenty of fluids are needed
