hlo doc, my baby girl is 10mnths old, she is suffering with 101 fever since from morning also motion gave her paracetamol syrup as per the precipitation. when I'm giving syrup fever is getting controlled and after 4hrs it's raising to the same. also she just started getting her teeth. please suggest what we can do.

Some home remedies
You may use cold sponging (not much cold as it's winter)
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime ( don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water.
Give her easy to digest food only.
Avoid external milk for now
Five her BM as per her need
