Q.
My baby is suffering from stomach infection from last 3 days.He is not eating anything.If I force him to eat he vomits and passing loose stools.Even he is not taking medicines.please guide what to feed him.What type of food should I offer for speedy recovery.

Because of stomach infection only your child is not willing to eat anything you should give more of liquids during this time you can include soups coconut water buttermilk sugarcane juice you can give khichadi and porridge in a very liquid form probably that’s going to be easier
