My baby is suffering from motions and fever from the last night i had given sporlac powder and paracetamol but still she's not getting rid of it what can I do,?

A. continue with paracetamol fir fever.. 1give ors water n stool bi der food, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. tc.
