my baby is suffering from fever temperature is 37c her mouth is warm after giving paracetamol drops fever is not going

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.ry cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. It's completely normal for a fever to last around 3 or 4 days, but a high temperature can also be over quickly or take even longer to subside.
