my baby is suffering from fever, cold and cough..his stomach is also producing sound without diareeah..I am worried as in this situation no doctor is available..I am giving him L montus,Asthaline cough syrup and centamol 250..still not well its been 4 days now

Cold is most of the time because of some allergy or viral infection and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough and throat irritation and usually associated . Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like febrrx plus / sinarest / Ascoril flu can be ucwsed in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam cinhalation is very helpful .
