my baby is suffering from cold for past 4 days.am giving her solvincold AF drops according to doctor advice.bt didn't recover yet and huv running nose

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorants and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
