my baby is suffering from cold but little blood was occured in his nose please assist

Its Sometimes can happen when the child was it too hard or sneezes too hard a little bit of blood can come but that’s definitely not a very good sign you should get a check with your doctor they will help you with some medicine which will help in cleaning the nose of the child and that would be better
