my baby is suffering from a severe cold. she is not taking a feed properly, passing urine with a dark yellow colour and she has a cough also. kindly share with me how to treat her

A. Hello mama consult doctor for proper treatment. At home give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and apply Vicks babyrub on the chest and feet to give relief. dark Yellow urine is dehydration. so try to feed more to keep ur baby hydrated.
