my baby is suffering cough and cold and running nose and fever in last 2 days and Aaj Subah se Usko loose motion bhi ho rha 4 baar loose motion hua Kya karu

One thing you can though to help bulken up the stools is by giving a brat diet - banana, rice, apple, sago kheer.give plenty of breastmilk to keep baby hydrated and prevent dehydration.
