my baby is having running nose , 100 fever and also loose motion from last 2 days ... plz suggest something

It could be due to some kind of an infection because it infection only can lead to fever and other issues like this so you should either go ahead with a stool test for your child or if you want you can just go ahead with the consultation with your paediatrician directlyWrite Your Answer Here
