Q.

my baby is six months old ,I I want to start solids for him with what I should start and how much should be the quantity? he is taking breast milk as well as formula milk but with that also he is showing so much of tantrums to take,what should I do so that he will drink the milk properly and how do I know that his tummy is full?

A. if the baby has pee count is around 6-8 times and sleeping well.. then baby is getting sufficient milk.. as you start with cerelac you can give one spoon then after 3-4days two spoon then after 3-4days give three spoon.. in similar way, you should give once a day then twice a day then three times a day.. you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac dalia sabudana puree boiled mashed fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot papaya apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
