Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. no need to worry about stool smell if its consistency is normal. it's common for children under 6 months to have different stool smells due to supplementsd and their developing digestive systems. as long as the child is gaining weight properly and isn't experiencing colic issues, there's no cause for concern. d
