Q.

my baby is seven month old...she had fever and diaherra since last three days.. doctor prescribed taximo syrup and calpol for fever...but after giving syrup their is rashes all over body... should I stop the course or continue giving the medicine

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and tits known as gastroenterithis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. I think the medicines that you giving is not suiting the child which is my due to too much of heat in the body the reaction is there in terms of rashes would not recommend you to continue with the medication as of now I just we consult your paediatrician to get the medicines changed and treatment for the issue ofWrite Your Answer Here
