My baby is screaming loudly 20-30 mintutes after full feed, how to stop that continues loud scream

A. Hello mama know the reason for screaming as the tummy is full. check for the diaper rashes, pain in stomach and see baby is facing difficulty in passing gas Or teething can also be the reason for crying
