my 13 months baby is shouting/screaming full day. And her sound is too loud and irritating. is that normal?

Teething and excitement both can be common things to be seen with kids by the child is screaming but if your child is comfortable not showing any sign of discomfort then there is absolutely nothing for you to be worried in the same completely normal scenario
