two meals.and two breakfasts
two small bowl each tome.
it can include any two items from the groups of food given below
1. soups : Tomato , drumsticks , daal paani , moong etc
2. probiotics : curd buttermilk lassi as per her suitability
3. meshed vegetables and fruits
4. khichdi , upma, sheera, porridge, khir daliya etc
