my baby is premature now she is 4 months old and her weight is 4.5 kg so when i start semi solid food?and when I start sit her with support?

Give adequate feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
