Q.
my baby is premature now he is 8th months old What to do if the head is not yet fully erect. I can give solid food to my baby or not

Now your baby is eight months old so you should definitely start giving solids to your baby. You can also introduce water. And in starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan.
